If the loader is weak in the first gear, the solution is to check the pressure of the gearometer first, and whether there is a depressurization in the first gear position. If the pressure is below 98.1KPa, the first gear drive will be weak.       

The reason for these phenomena is that the piston ring of the first gear is abrasion or excessive wear, which makes the pressure oil leak too much, so that the first gear drive is weak. In addition, it may also be due to the damage of the O-ring on the outside of the first cylinder, resulting in a large amount of pressure oil leakage; If the fault is caused by the above reasons, the gearbox needs to be lifted out, and the damaged piston ring and seal ring need to be disassembled and replaced; If the variable speed pressure gauge does not reduce the pressure in the first gear position, it is likely that the variable speed lever is not adjusted well, so that the loader is weak in the first gear, and the variable speed lever should be readjusted to make it reach the specified position.
